• Partner with external accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting.
• Review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies to external accountants for correction.
• Work with external parties to meet deadlines for monthly close and reporting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Support the preparation and documentation of audits and tax returns, liaising with auditors and tax advisors as necessary.
• Monitor changes in financial regulations and practices to maintain regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, A/R, and A/P processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish or French a plus!
• Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards, experience applying IFRS in a professional setting is a strong advantage.
