Financial Accountant (interim) -Immediate Incorporation

AFRY Solutions Spain is the local branch of Process Industries Division. Our offices are located in San Sebastian and Zaragoza. We have project offices also in France, Italy and the UK.
Our key competences include multi-disciplinary engineering services in the pulp & paper sector, chemicals & biorefining, hydrogen and Power-to-X, i.a. We are also leading providers of technical consulting and operational phase services.
AFRY is now looking for a Financial Accountant for 3 months time employment. In this position, you will participate in the company's financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, i.a. in an international working environment.
Your will work in our San Sebastian Office.

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for performing Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations and support the Finance Director with the implementation in the team.
Requisitos
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial statements.
- Collaborate with Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain and improve reconciliation processes and controls.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management
- Accounting qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reconciliations within large multinational companies.
- Audit experience desirable (Big 4).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and PGCE.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional prepared for the digital environment.
