We have 21 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, Lyon, and Brest in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, Bari, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece; and Hamburg in Germany.

We are hiring an HR Administration Internship who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.
Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

What you will do:
- Support in Recruitment and onboarding of Cabin Crew (employee) processes
- Process New Joiner’s Profiles in our Onboarding Platform.
- Monitor New Joiner’s First Dotation from placing the order until delivery.
- Database management
- Organize virtual & physical files
- Logistic of material from the HQ to the different VOE Bases
What you will need:
- Profile with a degree or master's degree in Human Resources.
- English Advanced level is required. French and/or Italian will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (especially excel)
- Precision and attention to details
- Organized and methodical
- Quick Learning
- Availability for a 6 months internship
