WHAT YOU WILL DO AT YOUR JOB

As a Lending Product Production Support Specialist, your objective will be to participate in the support to Lending Products to production and support to development and implementation of solutions under projects that use Agile methodology. Focused on the integration of the Loan IQ product with the different applications of Banco Santander.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas:

• Actively participating in the design of the solutions to be implemented and give support to Develoment Teams

• Contributing your knowledge to define the best implementation strategy

• Collaborating in the implementation and post-implantation of Lending Products

• Form a solid foundation and continuous improvement of software coding

• Responsibility and maintenance of the Lending Products.

EXPERIENCE

At least more than 3 years as a Product Production Support Specialist in some of the following Products:

• Loan IQ Product (Syndicated Loans)
• Trade Innov
• AC
• Calypso
• Trade Innov
• Fenergo/Goldtier Scrittura
• Calypso
• Factset
• Euclid
• Mercado: Reuters / DACS / DDS / Medisyf
• Sybase / Oracle / DB2
• Websphere / Tomcat / Weblogic / Joboss

EDUCATION Degree/Bachelor or higher in Computer Engineering

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Flexibility and adaptability.

• Accustomed to working as a team in dynamic environments with a significant component of uncertainty.

• Proactivity and responsibility.

• Capacity for dialogue.

• Interest in the knowledge and use of new technologies.

• Medium level of English and Spanish: reading, comprehension, writing and conversation.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Increased interest in technology trends.

• Good planning, communication and teamwork skills.

• Interest and ability to understand, assimilate, explain and document client needs.
