Labour Relation Lead is responsible to provide LR advice and guidance on policies and procedures where required, working with People Lead and Business Leaders.
The Labour Relation Lead is accountable for the relationship with Social Partners in Madrid HQ and Sales, engaging in all relevant formal and informal negotiation. In HQ and Sales is following up on employee relations matters.
Moreover, is as well as for the design and implementation of the Country LR strategy, supporting Commercial and MSC People Leads, and ensure proper education on the topic is delivered to the Organization.
They are the internal point of contact to any Labor Law query.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
- Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
- Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
- Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
- Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
- Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements
- `Consult on overhead management

High-level responsibilities
- Lead and guide LR by adopting the right negotiation strategy working in strict conjunction with the People Leads in order to be aligned with people agenda/business need
- Responsible for the negotiations in HQ and Sales, supporting on the back-end the nego in MSC.
- Manage Labor Relations transformation agenda
- Is the point of contact / internal advisor for any Labor Law query both in MSC and HQ. Advise on the Labor Relations Impact Assessment.
- Manage – together with Legal dpt. – external Lawyers, with proper changes when appropriate.
- Employee Relations in HQ and Sales, supporting if necessary Plants PLs within MSC.
- Ensure compliance of the Country to local Labor legislation and policies
