Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and facilitate successful onboarding of digital solutions and the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. Each day, you will provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal to improve productivity and efficiency. You will also showcase your expertise by helping the customers to achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise and knowledge on ABB's digital solutions. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the cybersecurity department, in the Energy division of the Process Automation business line in Spain. Main stakeholders are clients and sales department. You will be mainly accountable for: • Technical Sales Support: along with sales, identify the customer's needs to demonstrate and articulate the features of the digital solution and how it is best suited for the customer needs. • Customer Lifecycle Management: articipates in the assigned stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle covering digital opportunity identification along with sales, opportunity qualification, discovery and value engineering, solution blueprinting, Po C / Pilot, solution deployment and post go-live operations / support. • Innovation and creativity: ideation workstreams, from identifying needs to validated and defined development together with cross functional teams of Digital software engineers, User Experience and subject matter experts for Value Creation. • Collaborate with sales, product management, solution architects and development teams for future planning, feature development, and support of product deliverables. • Knowledge transfer: coaching customers for them to effectively utilize digital solutions, and help them to achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise as well as knowledge about ABB's digital solutions. Qualifications for the role

• You have 5 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity. It will be highly valuated ISA – 62443 Cybersecurity Expert Certification.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of cybersecurity, mainly in operation technologies.
• You are passionate about sharing technical knowledge with different stakeholders, and have ease communicating.
• Degree in computer sciences, IT systems, cybersecurity or similar.
• You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish.
• You hold current Spanish work permit.
