What you will do
You will be Working within the Marketing Team, and reporting to a Marketing Manager, you will help to manage the portfolio and communication strategy for a Neutrogena across the Southern Europe Cluster (Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Balkans, Israel). You will be part of a very dynamic and collaborative team. You will work in English since you will manage many countries among our cluster and keep daily contact with our Brand Activation and regulatory teams which are locally based teams.

What you will do
You will be Working within the Marketing Team, and reporting to a Marketing Manager, you will help to manage the portfolio and communication strategy for a Neutrogena across the Southern Europe Cluster (Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Balkans, Israel). You will be part of a very dynamic and collaborative team. You will work in English since you will manage many countries among our cluster and keep daily contact with our Brand Activation and regulatory teams which are locally based teams.
Key responsabilites
- Deploy integrated marketing communication origination and activation projects for the group of products or brands across the cluster;
- Work in close partnership with the country Brand Activation teams and Regulatory Teams in order to assure flawless execution on key initiatives for the brand across the cluster;
- Tracking by cluster/market of KPIs – NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV
- Understand consumer research data being able to bring it down to concrete action plans
- Demonstrates an excitement, passion and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition and impactful claims.
- We are a very dynamic and collaborative team. We need to work in English since we manage many countries among our cluster and we keep daily contact with our Brand Activation and regulatory teams which are locally based teams.

Required Qualifications
- College / University Degree in Business Administration, Publicity, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy
- MBA or Marketing Master is a plus
- Previous experience in consumer healthcare and / or goods marketing would be highly advantageous.
- English proficiency is mandatory. Other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese and Greek are a plus
- Excel management is a must (evolution of market sales trends, market shares, price analysis), Impact of media campaign analysis, communication impact, reach, consumer research analysis.
- Strong business, financial & digital acumen
- Consumer & customer focus
- Sharp analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and influence them
- Proactive and creates a sense of urgency to meet objectives
