What are we looking for?
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Complete the analysis of business requirements working closely with SMEs and complete an aligned functional requirement covering tooling, platforms, data models, propensity models, analytical models and business and personal insights
Ensure functional designs align to business outcomes and benefits cases.
Ensure designs prevent repetition of known issues/ risks and share knowledge of lessons learned. Proactively suggest areas for further analysis. The designs should improvements to data processes, focusing on their value to business strategy and operations

What UST expects from you?

Good experience in Banking Domain
+4 years of experience
Act as bridge between business users and technical team
Take the functional requirement from business and translate same in technical form for developers
Good knowledge of SQL.
Pragmatic and results-oriented
Adaptable to diverse set of technical responsibilities
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Productive and able to manage time effectively
Good spanish and english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams

Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).

Work Location
100% remote within Spain.

Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
