Your Role:
- Drive Talent Acquisition: As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will manage the full recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Sourcing Top Talent: Actively search for and engage with potential candidates, ensuring our talent acquisition efforts are continuous and effective.
- Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll work closely with various departments, supporting them in finding the best talent for their needs.
- Shape the Department’s Growth: Be a part of the growing recruitment team, bringing in new ideas and taking on new challenges as the department evolves.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment processes, preferably within the IT industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proactive & Team-Oriented: You’re motivated, work well with others, and take the initiative.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with major recruitment platforms and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Adaptability: Able to manage multiple priorities and stay focused on your goals.
- Growth Mindset: Open to learning from mistakes and continuously improving.
