Eurovision Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Madrid, Spain.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
The Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as an internal recruiter to provide HR consultative service to the team. She/He manages the end-to-end recruitment process.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
The Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as an internal recruiter to provide HR consultative service to the team. She/He manages the end-to-end recruitment process.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Partner with the Hiring Managers and Directors of the company to understand our organizational needs and jointly support hiring objectives and company growth
- Be the main point of contact for all internal needs and be an expert in Talent Acquisition.
- Upskill the business where necessary on interview processes and best practices
- Lead and support on ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders, and future hires for the business
- Proactively attract, assess, and secure high-calibre candidates (from graduate up to experienced hires)
- Manage Talent Acquisition projects
- Partner with external recruitment agencies
- Be the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, candidates, and new hires
- Assist with corporate communication (employer branding in social media and internal communication)
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources management, business management or relevant disciplines
- Between of 3-5 years TA experience, preferably with prior inhouse experience
- Appetite for TA & TD topics
- Experience in sourcing tech profiles
- Experience in full cycle recruitment or leading high volume recruitment activity
- Excellent people management and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- ATS management experience
- Savy in web 2.0 sourcing tools (Linked In recruiter, glassdor, github…)
- Ninja sourcer
