Presentation of the team and business activities

You will be part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team . You will work closely with Fresh Graduates Talent Partner and the VIE Program assistant. You will act primarily as a recruitment partner for VIE roles outside of Europe and also as a coordinator for the VIE Program globally.

A glance about V.I.E Program :
An international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary, which depends on the host country.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


You will work closely with the VIE program manager and the Talent Acquisition Europe team .

The main tasks will include :

• Handle end to end recruitment for all VIEs outside of Europe : ensuring coordination with the different stakeholders : HR, managers , candidates and the rest of the VIE team.
  
• Post , update and close all recruitments in Business France platform
  
• Present the offer package to all successful candidates and facilitate contractual elements .
  
• Update and maintain VIE folders and VIE dashboards
  
• Facilitate arrival and departure of the VIEs
  
• Update, propose and improve processes (VIE guide, G-sheets)
  
• Contribute to the VIE program branding events (Business France , Seekube Live talks,etc..)

Are you a MATCH?


Education:

• Masters (HR, Business Admin..etc) .
  
• Previous experience/internships in an HR role will be advantageous
  
  

Soft and Hard Skills:

• Prior practice of Google Suite is essential
  
• Being at ease with data /figures / KPIs is a big asset
  
• Excellent communication (both written and oral)
  
• Teamplayer (able to work in team, share and delegate tasks)
  
• Open minded , able to adapt in a multinational environment,
  
• Proactive and result oriented
  
  

Languages:

• English fluency is Must have
  
• French is advantageous
