We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for Hard view in Human Resources, capable of driving financial excellence within the HR function.
The ideal candidate for the Junior HR Controller position must have an analytical view, with a good finance mind and an excellent management in Excel, to provide support to Human Resources department.
Your role involves collaborating in HR to optimize personnel costs, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ultimately contributing to the HR health and success of the companies.
· Responsible for payroll control in Spain and Portugal with external management.
· Payroll accounting.
· Employment advice to employees (Internal customer support).
· Budget and forecast control.
· Integration of new companies
· Monitoring and control of KPIs.
· Knowledge and management of Collective Bargaining Agreements
· Knowledge of Labour Relations
· Monitoring and managing timesheets
· Desiderable, residence in the West Area of Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcón, Las Rozas, Boadilla del Monte, Majadohonda, etc...).
Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Business administration, Accounting or Finance. (A Master in Human Resources Management accreditation is a plus).
Excel: Advance level. HR information systems knowledge is a plus.
If you have a previous experience in Human Resources related controlling/payroll management is highly desirable (2-3 years).
Fluent in Spanish (native level) and fluent in English. French or Italian are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, curious with intellectual agility. Team spirit.
