On this occasion, we offer an indefinite vacancy of Lawyer in the Legal & Compliance area. We provide you with the following information:
What is the purpose/mission of the position?
Juridical assessment to the different departments in the Company about any matter (regulatory, tax, labour, corporate, data protection, criminal, etc) and coordinate with external lawyers the preparation of trials. Manage and coordinate the clients’ complaints. All of it according to the normative and procedures of NN and under his hierarchical superior guidelines, in order to guarantee the compliance of the department’s objectives, ensuring the maximum quality and optimizing the existing resources.
What are the tasks that you’ll perform?
1. Assess and support every department and office about any matter that affects the Company such as trade, insurance normative, pension plans, labour, fiscal, data protection, insurance mediation, trademarks, etc.
2. Technical preparation (elaboration of valid arguments for the lawyer to use before the trial, necessary documentation, etc.) and coordinate of the external lawyers net in order to prepare trials.
3. Review and analyse the contractual documentation modifications with the clients (general conditions, particular, application, pension plans….).
4. Manage complaints from the “Complaint Service” and coordination with the “Insured Defending”. Answer complaints brought by the “Insurance and Pension Funds General Direction”.
6. Revision of any kind of suppliers contracts (IT, renting, data bases…)
7. Keep relationship with Public Administrations (information, request for information, inspections, licences, permits, etc.).
8. Analyze the Spanish and communitarian normative that affects the Company and analysis and launch of the Group politics.
What are we looking for?

Law Degree, or/and Master in Legal Advise or similar qualifications by experience

Lawyer with solid experience (5 years experience) in a Legal Department in an insurance company.

High Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,…).

High Level English Language (written and spoken).

Managerial skills.
