YOUR TASKS:

• In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods by managing the logistics operations for Spanish windfarms in Service.
• Scheduling of major's correctives deliveries.
• Transport permits management and monitoring.
• Major and Non-major Transport arrangement and quotation analysis.
• Transport documents issuance: Packing Lists, Invoices, Customs certificates, etc. - Transport Purchase Order creation in SAP.
• Transport invoices management in SAP.
• Communications with customers and logistics suppliers.
• Coordination with internal departments.
• Development of performance reports.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics, or alternatively completed vocational training in the logistic sector.
• Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience with high focus on logistic management or comparable position.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• MS Office skills, especially very good Excel skills.
• Ability to work in different business cultures, high motivation and flexibility.
• Independent, structured, and determined way of working.
• Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills.
