Job Description
We are looking for a new colleague in our maintenance team. This position will be located in Egües (Pamplona) and will report to the Manufacturing & Plant Engineering Manager. People of all genders are encouraged to participate in the selection process.

What you can look forward to as Maintenance Manager:
- Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team members
- Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work
- Supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow site work practices
- Performing minor on-site repairs
- Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required
- Discussing maintenance concerns to define solutions
- Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs and coordinating work performed by outside vendors
- Developing maintenance budgets and controlling and monitoring inventory
Your profile as Maintenance Manager:
- Higher degree in electromechanical engineering or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience as a maintenance manager or other management position (2 years)
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Solid Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Fluent Spanish skills and A1-B2 English skills
