Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray’s success, Mindray Spain needs a true professional based in Madrid, with an established marketing experience.

This is a tough, competitive market sector, our key competitors are amongst the largest healthcare companies in the world. We need a hardworking professional to focus on supporting the growth of our European business, through your professional approach to marketing.

Your responsibilities:

Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors.
Collect and analyse information of the market, e.g., competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities.
Support strategic key account team in administrative aspects such as quotations, documentations and demonstrations
Support the product specialists with tender submissions. Market scanning and submission coordination, ensuring all opportunities are identified and acted on in a timely manner
Involvement in pre-sales and post-sales activities and trainings for customers

What are we looking for in you?

Solid background in tender or sales management preferably in a medical device or med-tech industry, or highly technical product-based business
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Excellent planning and organisation skills, proactive and resourceful attitude
Ability to work plan and prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Experienced in working with end users and key clients
Must have high creative energy and the ability to distinguish nuanced scenarios
Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to travel
Fluent in Spanish and English
Ability to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement for company sponsorship
