• Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors.
• Collect and analyse information of the market, e.g., competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities.
• Support strategic key account team in administrative aspects such as quotations, documentations and demonstrations
• Support the product specialists with tender submissions. Market scanning and submission coordination, ensuring all opportunities are identified and acted on in a timely manner
• Involvement in pre-sales and post-sales activities and trainings for customers

• Solid background in tender or sales management preferably in a medical device or med-tech industry, or highly technical product-based business
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, proactive and resourceful attitude
• Ability to work plan and prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Experienced in working with end users and key clients
