MISSION: Implement a new Methodology to calculate and validate the installation times and define Trainings.
TASKS:
YOUR PROFILE:

TASKS:
- Create a data base of micro tasks.
- Calculate the times for the micro tasks.
- Group the tasks and define the road maps.
- Define the level of trainnings for the technicians
- Find a system to digitalize the road maps and the instructions.
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree (Engineering or similar technical degree) or other education with experience in same position.
- Experience in Time Management
- At least 8 years of experience in Renewable Energy, working on Methods and Times (including Lean).
- Good skills communication.
- High English level. At least B2.
- Experience in international environment.
- Strong analytical skills, a quick comprehension and a structured way of working.
- Availabitily to travel (approximately 20% per year).
