Job Description:
An opportunity for a PMO Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Tablada (Sevilla).
RESPONSABILITIES:

PMO manager mission is to support management of the development programmes through the definition and application of related management processes, methods, tools, skills and competencies applying AIRBUS program management standards.
PMO mission is acting as Program manager support in order to navigate, co-pilot and support Programme manager on the development Programmes.

PMO manager is responsible for the following activities for the Development Programs:

• Integrated planning, monitoring and administrative tasks which are necessary for a proper project management.
• Implementation of Project Management standards ( MP.MP BMS source domain) to perform PMO tasks appropriately.
• Ensures that all contractual and technical requirements are inside the project executing plans (in close cooperation with Customer Contract Manager and the Technical Manager).
• Preparation of data and reports required to prepare a status of the project.
• Supports the management of a Programme/Project through the application of project management processes, methods and tools.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Programme Management level.
• R&O officer to manage ERM process and monitoring in close alignment relevant functions (WP leaders inside the WBS) and Finance.
• Provide required data to support discussions and decisions making at Prg Management level ensuring implementation of PM standards, methods, tools & governance
• Operations, to deliver on:
- (Integrated) Planning & Scheduling
- Requirements Management
- Configuration Management support
- Data and Documentation Management
- Risk & Opportunity Management
- Project Controlling
- Cost monitoring
- Baseline change management
- Export Control management

PMO manager is responsible for the following activities for the Aerostructures Programs Risks and Opportunities, which includes.
- Consolidate with the program interface R&O
- Create and Maintain risk and opportunities in ARM
- Create and Maintain project planning in UP
- Generate Requested Reports
