• Handle end-to-end Manage Engine solution presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings.
• Provide technical Response to RFI/RFP & conduct reseller/partner training.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up to date on Manage Engine product and feature updates.
• Engage with existing Manage Engine customer to make sure they are happy customers and identify any upsell/cross sell opportunities, if any.
• Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IAM, PAM, IT Security and IT service management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Willingness to travel within/and EU to meet customers, partners, and prospects.

• Pre-sales/Technical Account Management/ IT Team leader experience is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory for this role
