What are we looking for?
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager, with more than 5 years of experience as a senior project manager and as part of a technical team, to join our dynamic team, working 100% remote, from Spain.
You will work within a squad comprising of Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, Testers, Release Managers and Infrastructure Support teams.
Timetable: Monday-Friday from 9.00 to 18.00
Work location: 100% remote, within Spain.
Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).
Job Responsibilities/Role:
The ideal candidate will come from a technical background, be able to collaborating with cross functional teams and communicate technical/business requirements by constructing easy to understand data and process models.

• Managing Risk & Applying Control:

o Able to contribute and own project ORAs.
o Run meetings with risk.
o Ensure working relationship with operations teams so that technical solution will fit with control processes.
o Provide comprehensive information to supervisors on time in case of appearance of difficulties for risk elimination or mitigation.
o Promotes and encourages good culture and behaviours personally and across the Team, in line with I AM Risk.
o Identifies, assesses, manages, and reports risks, taking proactive personal responsibility for 'doing the right thing' in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks and policies.
o Progresses specific actions that could minimise or mitigate risks identified (e.g., conduct risk, operational risk, credit risk etc.) and ensures 100% completion of mandatory training and any other role specific training required.

• People:

o Strong verbal communication skills.
o Able to run key agile ceremonies.
o Weekly/monthly reporting.
o No supervisory responsibility but is designated to give on-the-job training guidance and support to new team members. On-the-job training refers to training on the specific tasks required to perform the job effectively and the procedures to follow.
o Becoming a role model for behaviour in accordance with company culture. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and accountability.

• Customer:

o Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes to suit customer needs.
o Create and deliver presentations.
o Work with product owner to groom the backlog.
o Contribute to the development of project estimates as required.
o Initiate the required tasks as assigned, monitor the implementation of the project plan and take action to address performance shortfalls.

• Commercial:

o Direct impact by ensuring the quality of the task/services/information provided by self and others. The work is typically subject to standardised procedures and practices and the impact is related to the quality of the execution.
o The job has limited, but direct impact by providing services/information on matters that assist others in controlling or making decisions.
o Ensuring timesheet management and project financials are updated on time.
o Ensuring key status updates for financials are done on time.

Mandatory Skills:

• Solid experience of Scrum/Agile development techniques and tools.

• Work experience with application development and/or analysis (preferably within banking sector) from an operational, functional and/or technical point of view, over a significant part of the project or the development, implementation, or maintenance cycle.

• Execution of application programming, analysis, operation or maintenance tasks, preferably within the banking sector.

• Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, principles and tools, as well as their integration with the related delivery methodologies.

• Work as part of a cross-functional team.

• Good English level (C1)

Nice to have:

• Certification in agile methodologies and practices.

• Salesforce experience.
