The key responsibilities of the post are the following:
Business transformation
Manage a project within time, scope and budget
Set up and manage the project team
Issues, risks and escalation
Stakeholder management
Dependencies
Change requests
Project governance

The key tasks of the post are the following:
Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects, i.e. manage all stages of the project, incl. post project review
Bring people with the right skills for the project
Motivate the project team, ensure team harmony
Make a work breakdown structure
Manage deliveries within budget and meeting the scope
Communication of the project status
Manage expectations stakeholders
Analise and manage project issues and risks
Manage reports and necessary documentation
Manage priorities and challenges
To be successful in this job
To make a success of this job you must be fully conversant with the project environment
You should be familiar with project methods and tools
You should be skilled at project planning and reporting
You will have demonstrated experience in project management and in leading and managing project teams
Experience in IT projects
Track record of delivery non-IT (Business) projects, capacity to understand business needs, capable to balance between business and projects priorities, able to manage complex business projects across different units with international project team(s)
Experience with working virtual (different countries, cultures, workplaces)
Higher education or suitable working experience
Fluent English speaking and writing skills ( Spanish is an advantage)
As a candidate you should be resident in Madrid with ability to travel and work flexibly
