In your position as Project Partner you will be the voice of freelancers and clients to improve the Malt product and services. You will be part of our Project Partner department which is in charge of building bridges between clients and freelancers on our matching platform, also you will work in consulting skills for providing the best solution to our community and our clients.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Find the best freelancers to meet your key account clients’ needs and be a strong recruitment partner for the clients due to your insights on the freelance market, the rates charged, skills and expectations of freelancers in the required jobs
- You work hand-in-hand with the sales team and you proactively build solid relationships with sales and customers as a trusted partner
- Advise your clients on writing strong briefings to attract the best freelancers
- Conduct qualification interviews with freelancers at the client's request to select the most suited ones. You are an expert for the Malt algorithm and the associated best practices
- Correct and train the algorithm on your jobs to help it find and contact the best freelancers
- Advise freelancers to build a powerful profile and train them of good interviewing practices
About you
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Previous experience in a sales and/or recruitment position (IT background desirable)
- Strategic vision
- Rigorous and reliable, you are a trusted partner for your clients and colleagues
- Organised, attention to detail, structured
- Ambitious and motivated to go above and beyond your own goals and add value to your organization
- You like challenges and finding new ways to work in a continuous improvement process

Process:
First call with Jessica, one of the senior members of the Project Partner team in Spain, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
Interview with your future manager Ana, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Ana in order to assess your technical skills
Final interview with a Ernesto (Director) to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
