Misión

As a Pumped Storage Lead, you will be responsible for developing and leading client's new division focused on pumped storage hydropower project development. Your expertise will be essential in building this business from the ground up, driving the implementation of innovative solutions, and positioning client's as a leader in the hydropower sector. You will guide the team through all critical stages, ensuring the successful launch and growth of this new business area.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for client's pumped storage hydropower division, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall growth objectives.
  
• Stay informed about key projects and advancements in pumped storage technologies across various regions (Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Germany, UK, and USA).
  
• Identify and pursue opportunities for potential locations and technically suitable sites for developing pumped storage hydropower projects.
  
• Oversee project development lifecycle, from site identification, feasibility studies, permitting, and design through to execution and operation.
  
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams to ensure the technical viability and financial feasibility of these projects.
  

Perfil

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Engineering (industrial, agricultural, mechanical…)
  
• 3-4 years experience in Pumped Storage Hydropower project development.
  
• Knowledge of QGIS, Google Earth or other program of Geographical Information System.
  
• Demonstrates strong proactivity by anticipating challenges and taking the initiative to drive solutions forward.
  
• Exceptional organizational skills are essential, as this role involves managing a substantial amount of information.
  
• A minimum of B2 level in English is indispensible.
