JOB’S MAIN MISSION (JOB OVERVIEW)
The Senior Project Manager Electric Stations/EV Chargers will be responsible for creating, leading, and managing the development of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure projects from the planning phase to implementation, both in Spain and internationally. This role will ensure compliance with regulations and technical standards while coordinating with internal teams (technical, environmental, and business development) and external stakeholders to guarantee the technical and financial viability of projects. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will leverage strategic and business knowledge to establish this new business line and contribute to its successful development in all countries where the company operates.
TASKS

• Manage the development of EV charging station projects: Assess the technical and economic feasibility of new locations for charging stations and prepare feasibility studies in collaboration with the technical department.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors: Oversee the installation of charging infrastructure, ensuring compliance with timelines and technical specifications.
  
• Engage with public entities: Process permits, licenses, and authorizations with local administrations and regulatory bodies.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team: Identify expansion opportunities and strategic alliances for the implementation of new charging stations.
  
• Monitor project budgets: Ensure that projects remain within budget limits and prepare progress reports.
  
• Conduct environmental impact analysis: Coordinate environmental impact studies in the areas of charging station implementation with the environmental team.
  

Perfil

REQUIREMENTS

• Education:
  
  • Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar.
    
  • Preferred: training in the automotive sector.
    
• Minimum experience:
  
  • At least 3-5 years in the development of electrical infrastructure or electric mobility projects.
    
  • Experience using project management software (MS Project, Auto CAD).
    
  • Knowledge of regulations regarding electric mobility and renewable energy.
    
  • Negotiation skills with suppliers and public administration.
    
  • Advanced English (C1).
    
  • Teamwork ability and management of multidisciplinary projects.
    
  • Extensive networking with industry stakeholders.
    
• Other relevant knowledge:
  
  • Knowledge of the electric vehicle sector in other countries globally.
