Description Performing interventions on units, commissioning, repairs, verification according to the protocols and procedures implemented
- Ordering the necessary spare parts for the interventions, as well as their identification and return
To guarantee the assistance to the client, making the Assistance Order, giving a diagnosis and repairing the different products in period of guarantee
Carrying out work in accordance with current regulations and protocols implemented by Keyter for Service Operations Technicians
Appropriate use of tools and software to carry out assistance to the units
Coordination with the Area Manager for the correct performance of the work
Preparation of activity reports, work reports, unit verification reports and the necessary documents implemented in the interventions

Requirements High skilled level in languages (Spanish and English, another language is an advantage)
- Need for continuous learning and training, assimilation of new knowledge and skills
Assimilation of integration into a company structure
Ability to analyse, define incidents, collect information, conclude and execute actions
Taking care of your image and that of the company, knowing how to communicate effectively and clearly in different areas and situations
Knowledge of the interpretation of drawings, diagrams, technical information, technical instructions, control software

Competencies Assessment of professional experience in Chiller units, Roof-top units, heat pumps, Dehumidifiers, Air handling units
- Availability to travel regularly with some overnight stays
Availability and updating of certificates for the position, gas handler, RITE, specific qualifications
Vocational Training, Intermediate or Higher Degree, in Industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Computer and Microsoft Office skills
