Regional Sales Manager - Iberia and Latin America (B2B Software)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager with a focus on Iberia and Latin America to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business sales, managing relationships with partners across various locations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role demands a detail-oriented, data-driven individual with a strong background in B2B software sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in the expansion of our business across the Iberia and Latin America regions, working with a dynamic team and engaging in high-impact sales activities.
Here is a little window into our company: VSN (Video Stream Networks) provides software solutions for audiovisual content management, both for companies in the Broadcast and Media industry and for all those that need to manage, archive, produce, plan and distribute media. The company has developed projects for TV channels, production companies, OTT platforms, public organizations, the educational sector and content distributors, among others. All VSN's systems are ready to be implemented in cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments. Moreover, they can be contracted under a licensing model or through subscription as a service (Saa S).
VSN was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio. Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft’s global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Spain, working in a remote work model!

What your day will look like:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Iberia and Latin America regions, with a focus on B2B software solutions
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and clients across different locations, predominantly in Latin America
- Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from prospecting through to closing, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and Hub Spot to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and generate insights for strategic decision-making
- Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and business meetings, occasionally traveling to these events as required
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform and adjust sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of business objectives
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance to senior management
- Language Proficiency: Leverage Spanish as a mother tongue and demonstrate a high level of fluency in English to communicate effectively with clients and partners
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of successful sales in the B2B software industry, with a strong focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth
- CRM Expertise: Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Hub Spot to manage and analyze sales activities
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
- Location: Based in Spain, with the flexibility to travel as needed
- Language Skills: Native Spanish speaker with excellent command of English
- Motivation: Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about achieving success
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Legally authorized to work in Spain
