Sales Associate Lead Generator

VSN is looking to hire an extremely driven and highly motivated Sales Associate Lead Generator to join our Sales team in Spain and play a mission-critical role in helping to grow and develop our software solutions business, VSN!
The Associate Sales Lead Generator person will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, an extensive use of our CRM tool and web leads. Work with the client to generate interest that directly supports their needs and consult through the sales process, including handoff to a Senior Salesperson to close the sale. May also be responsible for establishing appointments with the client and the direct salesperson.
This is an entry-level sales position with a career advancement opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales position!
Here is a little window into our company: VSN (Video Stream Networks) provides software solutions for audiovisual content management, both for companies in the Broadcast & Media industry and for all those that need to manage, archive, produce, plan and distribute media. The company has developed projects for TV channels, production companies, OTT platforms, public organizations, the educational sector and content distributors, among others. All VSN's systems are ready to be implemented in cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments. Moreover, they can be contracted under a licensing model or through subscription as a service (Saa S).
VSN was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio. Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft’s global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Spain, working in a remote work model!

What your day will look like:
- Cold calling: making multiple outbound calls and emails to potential clients; call expectation of 100+ calls/emails daily
- Qualifying leads from different campaigns: identifying the decision maker, uncovering their needs and generate interest in our solution suite
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Working with various sales teams to assist in closing the sale
- Maintaining database of prospective client information (CRM)
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments of product line, the Media and Broadcasting industry, and the overall business environment
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Previous Sales experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and another European language (French or German, preferably)
- Energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue
- Saa S or Software sales experience advantageous
- Media or broadcasting background advantageous
- Driven, highly motivated, ambitious
- Coachable and adaptive
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Legally authorized to work in Spain
