Dentro del Equipo de Acceso Regional, buscamos incorporar un/a Gerente de Acceso Regional para el Mercado Privado.
Su misión será liderar, desarrollar y asegurar el acceso del portfolio de GSK al Mercado Privado, en coordinación con la estrategia nacional de GSK, para posibilitar que el mayor número de pacientes posible se pueda beneficiar y mejorar su calidad de vida.
Responsabilidades / Funciones:
- Diseñar planes regionales y hospitalarios para asegurar el acceso al portafolio actual y futuro, en coordinación con el equipo central y alineados con las estrategias del Plan de Marca, basándose en las necesidades y oportunidades del Mercado Privado.
- Identificar, proponer y desarrollar propuestas de valor para fortalecer imagen de GSK en el Mercado Privado.
- Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo sobre el funcionamiento del Mercado Privado (aseguradoras y grupos hospitalarios). Realizar análisis detallados para identificar oportunidades y desafíos, así como anticipar situaciones futuras que puedan influir en el acceso al mercado de los productos de GSK en el Mercado Privado.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con stakeholders clave del ecosistema sanitario privado incluyendo grupos hospitalarios y aseguradoras (tomadores de decisiones, evaluadores, influenciadores/asesores, administradores y responsables de compras).
- Trabajar estrechamente con el resto de departamentos de la compañía para maximizar todas las sinergias internas y asegurar una correcta planificación e implementación del plan de acceso en el Mercado Privado. Coordinación con todos los equipos cross-funcionales.
- Supervisar el desempeño de las estrategias de acceso al mercado. Gestionar el presupuesto de acceso, maximizando los recursos disponibles en el área asignada así como garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con el puesto de trabajo cumplan con el código de GSK (políticas, procedimientos, estándares, directrices y código de conducta).
Requisitos del Perfil:
- Titulación universitaria, valorable en ciencias de la salud o similares.
- Inglés: B2
- Experiencia en el sector salud o en la industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente en ámbito hospitalario. Con experiencia en áreas comerciales (acceso, marketing y/o ventas), y/o gestionando personas y/o proyectos, con experiencia en el ámbito de la sanidad privada.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado farmacéutico privado y de las regulaciones aplicables.
- Orientación a resultados, capacidad para trabajar en equipo, visión estratégica, flexibilidad, negociación y habilidades de comunicación.
Valorable:
- Valorable formación de posgrado.
- Valorable Formación especializada en Ciencias de la Salud y Farmacoeconomía, y/o Relaciones Institucionales en el ámbito de la salud u otros en gestión sanitaria.
