The role
In this role you will be responsible for Sales Administration, tracking and controlling customers data base. You’ll also assure and manage a correct workflow for delisted customers (tracking Trade Assets and penalties for customers).
Addtionally, you’ll have the responsability in providing support to sales team in terms of fleet managment, safety reports, invoice issuance and other related tasks.

What you’ll do

You will delist customers managment by:

Tracking Nesfa cancellations
Documentation collection to prepare legal files

Tracking Assets for deslited customers:

Invoicing WO Assets
Documentation collection to prepare legal files

Bad debts tracking
Novations (change of legal entity)
Fleet Vehicles for our employees, Van sales support (vehicles and materials for van sales)
Safety Driving committe and BFS tracking
Sales support (customer invoices, office material,..)

Requirements:
University Degree
2+ Years experience in Administration or in Business Operations
Strong analytic skills
Strong Data Base skills
Advanced Excel
Power BI will be a plus
