About the role
As a Secretary, you will offer the best customer experience as a first contact within the School to all people coming in, providing administrative support and delivering excellent service to students, staff and parents. This will involve caring for the Reception and various administrative tasks off and online.
Who we are looking for
You will have prior experience in customer service and administration (2 years is desirable) and be digitally competent in common software, such as Office 365. You will also have a personal interest in working in education as well as a sensitivity about the intrinsic difficulties of working in a regulated environment. In term of languages, being fluent in Spanish is essential and an advanced level of English is desirable.
