Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance our Android app, playing a pivotal part in the design and development process. You will collaborate closely with other developers across backend, web and i OS as necessary, working on cutting-edge technology that merges blockchain with email communication.
Responsibilities:
- High-energy, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Take full ownership of our Android application's development & store releases
- Collaborate with design and business teams to develop innovative, user-centered solutions.
- Define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency throughout the app.
- Prototype new user interactions and iterate on them based on team feedback.
- Enhance and optimize the app's performance, including offline storage and threading.
- Expertise in Kotlin, experience using version control tools like Git.
- Strong understanding of the Android SDK, Android Studio, and UI design principles.
- Proficient with Jetpack Compose, or a strong desire to upskill
- Experience integrating Android applications with RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in performance tuning and multi-threaded programming.
- Experience in native supporting older versions of Android (API level 23).
- A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for blockchain technology and its potential applications.
- Experience with cryptography and test-driven development (TDD).
- Active Git Hub projects showcasing your mobile development skills.
- Familiarity with Swift, Java, and/or Java Script/Type Script.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
