• Degree qualified or equivalent in Architecture, with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in running projects, business development, and leading teams within an architectural practice or similar environment.
• Creative, with excellent technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong project management and people management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and contribute to the future growth of the business.
• Experience with Revit and BIM.
• Comprehensive understanding of current technical building legislation and guidance.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Architecture qualification in Spain, with experience in project delivery within the country.
• Experience in Education, Aviation, Industrial, and Transportation projects is desirable but not essential.
