The Senior Recruiter is responsible for partnering the leaders in our growing European business and managing the recruitment and staffing processes to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates. The role involves strategic planning and collaboration with various departments to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that caters to all levels of open roles.

Enhance your organization's employer brand to attract top talent at all levels.

Highlight your company's culture, values, career development opportunities, and employee benefits through various channels, including your company website, social media, and employer review platforms.

Develop targeted recruitment campaigns aimed at specific talent pools for each level of open roles.

Customize messaging and outreach strategies to resonate with candidates at different career stages.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts across different levels.

Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hires, and candidate satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Enhance your organization's employer brand to attract top talent at all levels.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.

Represent the organization positively to potential candidates.

Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand.

Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and expectations.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Administer skills assessments, tests, or other evaluation methods as needed.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Provide regular updates on the status of open positions.

Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to create a collaborative recruitment environment.

Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices are compliant.

Implement and maintain fair and consistent recruitment policies and procedures.

Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Prepare and present regular reports to management on recruitment activities and key performance indicators.

Coordinate job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

Facilitate the offer acceptance process.

Provide feedback on the effectiveness of recruitment processes.

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.

Attend industry events, conferences, and job fairs to network and build a talent pipeline.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Proven experience in recruitment and staffing, with a focus on technical, managerial or leadership roles. Payments sector experience would be beneficial.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.

Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
