Senior iOS Engineer - Platform Enablement

About the opportunity
We are seeking a Senior i OS Engineer for our Platform Engineering domain. The Platform Engineering goal is to provide easy to use, self-service platforms to enable other segments to easily build, deploy and monitor their business applications.
As one of the first banks completely hosted in the cloud - our security, resilience and productivity standards require a motivated and well balanced team. We are using a modern technology stack to match our principles when it comes to providing the framework for our development team, the company and our customers.
This position is part of the Developer Experience segment of Platform Engineering. The mission of this segment is to build a secure and cost effective platform inspired by engineer needs that contributes towards faster delivery and boosts developer productivity. As a Senior i OS Engineer in Developer Experience, you will be part of the team responsible for the platform aspects of the i OS development, including shared components, App release, or our Design System among other topics.

As a Senior i OS Engineer in Developer Experience, you will be part of the team responsible for the platform aspects of the i OS development, including shared components, App release, or our Design System among other topics.
In this role, you will:
As a Senior i OS Engineer, you'll be part of a high performing team building technologies that make banking more human.
- You will proactively work on improving the i OS tech stack and ensure high quality standards
- Provide guidance to the N26 i OS community, facilitating cross team collaboration
- Work with Product, customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and build the right products and solutions
- Take an active part in the strategy and roadmap definition and prioritisation
- Mentor and support other team members and also learn from them
- Expand and develop your i OS knowledge, skills, and technology expertise
Skills:
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of the i OS platform.
- The ability to showcase your experiences with a variety of i OS frameworks.
- Great communication skills and familiarity with Agile development.
- Deep knowledge in Swift, knowledge of Objective-C
- Experience in driving technical projects from beginning to end.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Good communication skills and a sense of ownership, with a systematic problem-solving approach
- Proactiveness, collaboration and eagerness to learn
