The Opportunity
We are looking for a mechanical engineer, with at least 6 years of experience working in the design, calculation, sizing and specification of air conditioning systems in tertiary buildings.
The person will work on design tasks in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with other colleagues and teams, as well as having relationships with technical representatives of clients and suppliers.
The selected person will participate in the following tasks:

• Design of air conditioning, heating, ventilation systems, public health, fire
• Writing reports
• On-site experience
• Management of 2D (Auto CAD) and 3D (Revit) programs
• Selection of equipment for use in the building
• Coordination work with engineers from other disciplines and architects
• Attendance at meetings and communication with clients
• Preparation of calculations, reports, plans and technical specifications for a variety of national and international projects
• Carrying out measurements and budgets

Minimum requirements

• Studies in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering in Industrial Technologies with a specialty in mechanics, Industrial Engineering
• Experience of 6 years or more. Having performed similar functions to those described will be valued, especially in the design of mechanical installations
• Ideally with on-site experience
• High level of English and Spanish (C1)
• Previous knowledge in Revit, Auto CAD is valuable
• Capacity for teamwork
