Mission and responsibilities:

Based in Spain and reporting to the Ops risk lead, the mission of the Senior Risk Operations Specialist will be to support the functional definition of all risk processes and controls in the multiple geographies in which Openbank operates. The processes would cover the following areas: ALM, Credit Risk, IFRS9, and Collections & Recoveries.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

• Participate in a multinational project to implement the future of banking with a multidisciplinary team of motivated professionals
• Define and manage operational processes and controls
• Prepare functional definitions and requirements
• Review control and reporting output
• Detect and resolve operational incidents within the risk processes

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with Risk processes.
• Strong knowledge on Credit Risk
• Degree in Mathematics, engineering, economics
• Self-driven, leadership qualities, proactive and energetic.
• MS Office proficient.
• Strong knowledge on SQL
• Mix of technical and functional experience and knowledge
• Fluent Spanish
• Advanced English
