Senior Sales Support Specialist

This role requires a person with exceptional communication, management, sales, and team skills who can integrate seamlessly into our team and tackle challenges head-on.
- Sales Support: Assist Sales Executives in various aspects of the sales process, including preparing presentations, conducting research, and scheduling meetings.
- Proposal Development: Contribute to the development of proposals, gathering necessary information and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus. .
