This role requires a person with exceptional communication, management, sales, and team skills who can integrate seamlessly into our team and tackle challenges head-on.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist Sales Executives in various aspects of the sales process, including preparing presentations, conducting research, and scheduling meetings.
Proposal Development: Contribute to the development of proposals, gathering necessary information and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Client Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus. .
