About the BRIDGE program
You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

• Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC

You will be part of the Digital marketing team in Philip Morris Spain as a SEO Intern.


We are looking for…
We are looking for an SEO Intern who is ready to join our growing digital team by creating and implementing various SEO strategies to draw more organic traffic to our website. As a SEO Intern, your responsibilities will include:


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting our marketing team in developing SEO strategies to boost web traffic. Also assisting on operational tasks: data consolidation, proof of performance, resolution of incidences, B2B and B2C support, etc.
• Researching and analyzing SEO trends and news to find areas for improvement, content optimization and new ranking opportunities.
• Staying up to date with SEO and web development trends.
• Conducting keyword research and support on planning SEO-friendly content.
• Monitoring SEO campaign development, rankings, and traffic to create in-depth performance reports.
• Ensure the quality of the content and website features through comprehensive testing in both staging and production environments, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and performance across all platforms.
• Daily communication with external agencies, partners, European digital hub, and Brand Marketing department
• Coordination for the implementation of technical and on-page SEO improvements.
• Support in projects, campaign launches and implementation of content pieces in our digital ecosystem.
• Helping develop internal marketing materials when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
You have:

• A recent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English (C1)
• MS Office skills (excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT)
• Basic SEO knowledge
• FIGMA knowledge and/or basic design skills (desired)
• EU Work Permit

You also have:

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving and work under pressure skills to identify issues and find creative solutions to improve the consumer experience.
• Project Management: Organizational skills and multitasking profile to manage and implement consumer experience improvement projects.
• Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continually improving the consumer experience based on feedback and data analysis.
• Empathy: The ability to understand and empathize with customers concerns and needs, providing a personalized experience.
