We’re looking for an intern to support the Service Team in both, Spain and Italy.

As a service support you’ll be responsible for support the team in having the contracts with customers properly registered and up to date.

What you’ll do

• Accepts and coordinate service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians

• Sets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)

• Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service)

• Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations

• Proactively engage with customers face-to-face, by phone or in writing

Your qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and Italian and intermediate level of English.

• Minimal experience in technical or commercial field are appreciated

• Teamwork player and good communications skills

• Passion and curiosity towards technological evolutions with attitude to customer contact

• Strong organizational skills
