As a service support you’ll be responsible for support the team in having the contracts with customers properly registered and up to date.

What you’ll do
-
Accepts and coordinate service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians
-
Sets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)
-
Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service)

Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations
-
Proactively engage with customers face-to-face, by phone or in writing
Your qualifications
-
Fluent in Spanish and Italian and intermediate level of English.

Minimal experience in technical or commercial field are appreciated
-
Teamwork player and good communications skills
-
Passion and curiosity towards technological evolutions with attitude to customer contact

Strong organizational skills
