Mission and responsibilities:

As a SR Business Product Owner, you will:

• Work tightly with Business sponsors in different geographies and projects to define the products & services development end to end
• Interact with multiple stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Risk, ..) during the ideation and discovery phases to align market practices and regulatory requirements.
• You will work with product managers, designers and engineers across the organization to assess value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of features and customer solutions.
• Understand local market practices, perform gap analysis versus existing platform and create product requirements to be used in written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases.
• You will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of project output from a Business perspective.
• Ensure product rollouts are delivered successfully by conducting end-user testing Knowledge & Personal Skills.

To be successful in the role you must have

• University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, e-business, design or digital field.
• +8 years of professional experience in business consulting, Fin Tech, or digital business projects in a product management or business analysis roles.
• High knowledge of user experience requirements for front-end digital flows.
• Good understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in cross-functional agile teams and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches.
• Conceptual knowledge of business processes and front-to-back solution architecture that support retail Markets products & services.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw conclusions.
• Collaborative and effective work in a group dynamic.
• Advanced level in English.
