Web Methods Developer position | 100% remote | Freelance
Responsibilities:
- Web Methods Developer to help design, develop, and maintain Web Methods integration solutions, ensuring smooth data and process flow throughout the organization.
- Collaborate on new developments and maintain various Web Methods software projects.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing with web Methods versions 9.x / 10.x.web Methods
Required technologies:
- Data Types: XML, JSON, Flat File
- Databases: Postgre SQL, Oracle, Elastic Search, Mongo DB
- Messaging and Events: Kafka, Confluent Kafka Platform, JMS
- Web Services: REST and SOAP
- Communication Protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, SFTP, FTP, JMS, SOAP
Required Knowledge:
- Flat File, REST Resources, Web Service Descriptor, Flow Service, Adapter Service, JMS Triggers
Preferred Knowledge:
- My web Methods Server and/or Integration Server

Java: Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring MVC
- Unit and Integration Testing: JUnit, Mockito
- SOLID principles and Clean Code practices
Additional valuable knowledge:
- Containerization
- Experience in agile work environments SCRUM, stack atlassian, etc.
- Experience in collaborative work environments, pair programming, code review, etc.
