We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for a short-term contract, lasting a couple of months, to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute their skills on a temporary basis and make an immediate impact.

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for a short-term contract, lasting a couple of months, to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute their skills on a temporary basis and make an immediate impact.
What You Will Do:
- Greet and assist team members/ visitors/vendors on site
- Shipping management (national and international)
- Security Management (build access badge, weekly tracing of all visitor badges, internal badge audit, etc)
- Monthly/Weekly food and beverage, fruit, office supplies, coffee
- Manage desk reservations system (i Office) and process in the Collaboration Centre
- Response to team members requests in support of making their day productive and great experience
- Assist all the team members with the booking process
- Manage company´s bike/car bookings
- Support team event organization in the Collaboration Centre: booking spaces, material purchase, arrange set ups, catering
- Support in Health and Safety tasks
- Contribute to ensure best practices of H&S and sustainability in the Collaboration center
- Onboard people and visitor on topics related to the physical space
Your Qualifications:

- 2 years experience in a similar position or customer-face position
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus)
- Excellent customer service and people skills and ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
- Strong computer skills- MS Office package
- Highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
