About the program
Our AI-Trainee Program is designed to help you accelerate your career in AI and will last 12 months, starting in autumn 2024. The Technology and Innovation Division in Örebro, Sweden will be your home base.

During the program you will learn from experienced professionals in a variety of areas and gradually take on challenges to learn and excel at building AI solutions in order to accelerate the transformation.

Your profile

To be admitted to this program and to succeed along the way, we believe that you are goal-oriented and have a strong drive to both develop your own skills as well as the company's. You hold strong problem-solving skills and work efficiently both independently as well as in teams. We believe you have a strong technical background and truly enjoy communicating and collaborating with different people.

Further requirements:

Recent graduate (1-2 years)
Degree major in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math or equivalent programs.Knowledge in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Machine Learning (ML) is a plus.

Location and travel
The home base for trainees is in Örebro, Sweden.
