Your mission
As the Global Product Manager for Top Hammer tools, your mission is to fuel sustainable growth by managing and enhancing a key segment of our portfolio. You will bridge customer needs and market trends with product innovation, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed market expectations.
In this global role, you’ll partner with Epiroc’s customer centers around the world to gather deep insights into market requirements. These insights will inform a strategic product roadmap, balancing new developments with immediate improvements. Collaborating closely with teams across R&D, production, and supply chain, you’ll align efforts toward common goals and maximize impact. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing – Top Hammer, your role will span both long-term strategic planning and active problem-solving.
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in the mining or construction sectors, ideally with specific knowledge of Top Hammer applications. A degree in mining or civil engineering is preferred, with additional qualifications in business or finance considered a valuable asset. This role merges technical expertise and business expertise, so a strong analytical mindset paired with a deep understanding of customer challenges is essential. You will have the support of a dedicated team of technical specialists to guide product development and improvements.
Success in this position requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to set and manage expectations effectively within cross-functional teams. We value urgency and initiative, with a keen drive to see products through from concept to launch. Fluency in English is a must, while other language skills are an added advantage.
Location and travel
This position can be located in Sweden (Fagersta), India (Hyderabad) or China (Zhangjiakou). As it is a global role, we embrace flexible working hours and working from distance (Hybrid) to some extent is also applicable to this role.
