JUNIOR / MIDDLEWEIGHT / SENIOR DESIGNER
At Tillberg Design of Sweden (part of Viken Group), your ideas and concepts develop into designs that will be experienced onboard cruises & yachts all over the world. Person in this position will take the role of respective Area Designer and will be developing design solutions for either luxury or commercial sectors: Cruise-ship, Cruise-yacht.
What will stand out is your diverse and comprehensive skill set to effectively work with the design team, taking the responsibility of their tasks to ensure project success. Strong merits include experience from architectural design industry and the ability to cross reference.
The role of JUNIOR / MID / SENIOR Designer includes tasks as:
- To design and take responsibility for the areas of a project
- Conceptual and Architectural 2D and 3D
- Visuals / CGI development support / control
- Producing drawings to “design intent” level
- Support client presentations
- Overseeing less senior members of the team
- Develop preliminary specifications
- 2-5 (Junior), 5-7 (Mid), 7-10 (Senior) years of experience in the field,
- Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- Team leadership, mentoring, decision making abilities – for middle and senior candidates
- Industry knowledge: trends, details, materials, brands
- Proficiency in English
- Creativity
- Team player attitude
- General sustainability knowledge
- Preferred knowledge of tools such as: Rhino, Archicad, Photoshop, In Design, Canva, AI
