• Lead and coordinate business continuity at Ericsson Group
• Set requirements and develop processes, methods, templates, and tools, and provide expertise required to support company-wide strategy execution and implementation of the business continuity requirements.
• External and internal stakeholder management at all levels of the company
• Work in close collaboration with other functions, including but not limited to incident and crisis management, to maintain situational awareness regarding requirements, legislations and relevant geopolitical situations affecting or potentially affecting the continuity of Ericsson Group business.
• Handshake with global stakeholders including business continuity team, program management and vendors for successful implementation, maintenance and improvement of GRC tool based working of business continuity.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; Master’s degree is an advantage
• Business Continuity expertise and understanding
• Ability to influence across organizations, effectively leading change, originating ideas, championing and gaining commitment
• Deep understanding and competence of security management and protection of organization, assets, and customers
• Documented experience of working in a global organization together with a business and financial understanding
• ISO22301 expertise, ISO 27000 and ISO 31000 understanding
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Coordinating and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
