We are hiring for Business Analyst for the position based in Sweden (50% remote).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Business Analyst with a passion for AI to foster a culture of data and AI literacy within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, community building, and training program development, with excellent communication skills..

Required Experience / Competences:

5+ yrs of exp working in a data-related role, community management, or program management.
Strong understanding of technology trends, ideally in AI and data.
Experience with data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, Google Cloud Platform) is beneficial.
Background in building and driving AI and data communities is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and detail-oriented with strategic thinking.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Data-driven with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
