Business Controller to Business Sweden, Stockholm

As Business Controller you will play an important role in shaping the success of one of our organisation's regions, collaborating closely with fellow Business Controllers to ensure a structured approach.
You will be part of a team focused on analyzing business operations, creating decision-making materials, and optimizing financial processes to ensure structure, quality, and control throughout Business Sweden. Given our project-intensive nature, your role will involve extensive financial analysis and follow-up, including monitoring projects and ongoing business performance. You will also contribute to proactive development and internal control efforts, with a significant emphasis on digitization and automation.
As Business Controller, you will report to the Head of Business Control and work closely with the whole Finance function but also managers in the offices around the world and managers in Sweden. You will be based at our head office in Stockholm.

You have a relevant academic degree within business administration and solid experience in controlling.
- You have at least five years of work experience in accounting and/or controlling. You have good knowledge and understanding of accounting, analysis and reporting of monthly financial statements.

You have previously been involved in the budget and forecasting process and enjoy working closely with the business.

You have worked in a project intensive environment and have good knowledge of project administration, -management and -reporting. Insight in percentage of completion is a merit.
- You have very good IT skills and know Excel, Powerpoint and large business systems, such as Unit4/UBW/Agresso or similar. It is an advantage if you have insight into various BI systems such as Qlik View, Qlik Sense and Power BI.

A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is a requirement.
- Experience from working in an international context and from a consultancy company is positive. You have shown previous ability to handle and drive change, development and implementation of processes.
