Skills and Experience

• University degree in engineering (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph D) and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of combustion and diagnostic engine technology.
• Experience in software and function development.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Team player who is ambitious, driven, and proactive.
• Valid Swedish driver’s license.

Your role at Aurobay
As a Calibration Leader you will:

• Ensure timely delivery of project functions, optimization, and attribute balancing while meeting emissions compliance and verification requirements.
• Plan and prioritize internal testing resources, including vehicles and engines, to meet project needs.
• Initiate, oversee, and follow up on all planned activities to ensure progress and alignment.
• Plan, organize, and lead testing expeditions for thorough project evaluation.
• Manage functional and calibration changes within the project scope.
• Oversee the intake process to secure correct budget allocation.
• Monitor and manage actual spend throughout the project lifecycle.
