Skills and Experience
University degree in engineering (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph D) and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of combustion and diagnostic engine technology.
Experience in software and function development.
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of project management.
Team player who is ambitious, driven, and proactive.
Valid Swedish driver’s license.

Your role at Aurobay

As a Calibration Leader you will:
Ensure timely delivery of project functions, optimization, and attribute balancing while meeting emissions compliance and verification requirements.
Plan and prioritize internal testing resources, including vehicles and engines, to meet project needs.
Initiate, oversee, and follow up on all planned activities to ensure progress and alignment.
Plan, organize, and lead testing expeditions for thorough project evaluation.
Manage functional and calibration changes within the project scope.
Oversee the intake process to secure correct budget allocation.
Monitor and manage actual spend throughout the project lifecycle.
